For dinner yesterday my husband made manicotti. A dish I love but have always despised taking the time to stuff the manicotti / hoping they don’t all split as you do so! This means we rarely have it ( as in once a year when he makes it) 🙂
Somewhere in the not too distant past I read about a neat little trick to filling the noodles. Let me tell you it was GENIUS! I promise you will want to give it a try!
It was just that easy!
Here’s what you need:
Cooked pasta ready to go
and a pastry bag with a large circle tip
Simply fill the bag with the cheese mixture. Pick up a pasta and fill it up!
You will have a pan of manicotti ready to go in no time at all!
