May Day cookies!

Did you celebrate?  Maybe leave someone a special treat to make their day?

I think for Woody the highlight was knocking on someones door and RUNNING away!
His smile as he ran back to the car was worth everything!
I did try to stress it was only OK to doorbell ditch if you left a good treat 🙂

I knew I wanted to make a treat the munchkins could help with and take to their Primary teachers.  Thanks to a quick google image search on flower treats(I think).  I saw this idea HERE and then ran with it in my own way.

For our base we did a batch (or 2) of soft sugar cookies you can check out our recipe of choice HERE and decorated them with flowers!

Here’s a quick recap:

Supplies:

  • Mike and Ikes
  • Dots
  • Sugar Cookies
  •  Frosting

How to:

  1. Sort out the Mike and Ikes by color (not necessary but a great activity for little ones)
  2. Frost cookie
  3. Place dot in center
  4. Arrange Mike and Ikes to your hearts content around the dot
  5. Enjoy!

There you have it!  Hope your Wednesday is Wonderful!
